创新文化建设是中科院知识创新工程的重要内容,对推动知识创新工程顺利实施和健康发展至关重要。实现科技创新目标,建设国家创新基地,不仅需要有利于创新的体制和机制,需要创新的队伍和人才,也需要有利于创新的文化。建设与知识创新工程相适应并能促进知识创新工程实施的创新文化,有利于激发个人的创新思维和提高整体的创新水平,这是中科院建设创新文化的基本目标。一、中科院创新文化建设的现状中国科学院的创新文化,是激励创新的文化,是中科院在科技活动中产生的与整体价值准则相关的群体创新精神及其表现形式的总和。中科院经过五十年的发展,形成了具有自身特点的文化特征,主要表现为:1.
The construction of innovative culture is an important part of the project of knowledge innovation of Chinese Academy of Sciences and it is of vital importance to promote the smooth implementation and healthy development of knowledge innovation projects. Achieving the goals of science and technology innovation and building a national innovation base require not only systems and mechanisms conducive to innovation, but also innovative teams and talents as well as a culture conducive to innovation.
