Wang Dai Lei: Before you studied in Japan and now works in China, what do you think the two countries have in the field of heritage are quite different? Xu Tong: From the perspective of heritage protection professionals, the number of scholars and practitioners in China is relatively large More, but our country is almost through college training personnel. However, there are not many people in Japan who are engaged in the protection of the heritage. However, they have a very professional system of restoration of cultural relics. Many research institutes are mentoring systems. Their artisanal heritage continues. Of course, they also have higher education. This is a bit like our Forbidden City Of the Ministry of repair, technicians go hand in hand after teaching, the typical case of Tokyo Cultural Association (Tokyo Cultural Relics Building Restoration Association), Nara Institute of Cultural Studies and so on.
