苏州市人民政府令第123号《苏州市计量监督管理办法》已于2011年10月18日经市政府第85次常务会议讨论通过,现予发布,自2012年1月1日起施行。市长阎立二○一一年十一月四日第一章总则第一条为了加强计量监督管理,规范计量行为,保证国家计量单位制的统一和量值的准确可靠,保护消费者和经营者的合法权益,建立诚信消费环境,根据有关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条在本市行政区域内建立计量标准,进行计量检定、校准,制造、修理、进口、销售、使用计量器具及其监督管理,适用本办法。
