作为2012年最热的主题词“幸福”近来受到了广泛的关注,无论是中央电视台的新闻特别节目还是习总书记在十八大记者见面会上的讲话,都提及了幸福。大学生是社会的精英,师范类大学生是国家教师队伍的储备人才,是国家科教兴国战略实施的保障力量。到目前为止,心理学界关于主观幸福感的研究大多侧重认知因素,少有涉及情绪因素这一重要维度。因此,本研究将结合实验法和问卷调查法,探讨师范生情绪调节自我效能感和情绪调节内隐态度对情绪调节和主观幸福感的影响,为未来的干预研究提供理论依据。
As the hottest 2012 keyword, “Happiness,” has received wide attention recently. Both the news special program of CCTV and General Secretary Xi’s speech at the press conference of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China all touched upon happiness. College students are the elites of the society. Normal university students are the reserve talents of the national teachers’ contingent and the guarantee force for the implementation of the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. Up till now, most researches on subjective well-being in psychology have focused on cognitive factors and few on the important dimension of emotional factors. Therefore, this study will combine the experimental method and questionnaire survey to explore the impact of emotional adjustment self-efficacy and emotional regulation implicit attitudes on emotional regulation and subjective well-being of teachers and students, providing a theoretical basis for future intervention research.
