我们要教好书,育好人,不能不探究如何培养和激发学生的兴趣。在实践中我采取了以下措施:帮助学生认识所学知识的重要性,激发学生的学习兴趣;通过激励诱导的方式培养和激发学生的兴趣;因势利导做好学生兴趣迁移工作;激发学生兴趣,在教学中要处处为学生着想。
We have to teach good books, educate people, can not but explore how to cultivate and stimulate students’ interest. In practice, I have taken the following measures: to help students understand the importance of learning, to stimulate students ’interest in learning; to stimulate and motivate students’ interest through motivational induction; to make the best use of students ’interest in migrating; to stimulate students’ interest in Teaching should always be for students.
