大学英语第二课堂是英语教学中必不可少的教学辅助手段,尤其是大学英语的基础教育阶段,第二课堂的开展,不仅为英语课堂教学活动中“教”与“学”构建了一个自由、开放的教学空间,有效补充了第一课堂在教学时间、空间上的局限,还能进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣,扩大英语学习视野和知识积累水平,提高学生英语的综合运用能力。文章通过对开展大学英语第二课堂活动的意义及形式,探讨了其存在的问题和缺陷,提出了相应的对策和建议。
The second class of college English is an indispensable means of teaching aids in English teaching. Especially in the basic education stage of college English, the second class is not only an important part of English teaching, It constructs a free and open teaching space, which effectively supplements the limitation of teaching time and space in the first class, further stimulates the students ’interest in learning English, expands the field of vision of learning English and accumulates knowledge, and improves students’ comprehensive use of English ability. Through the significance and form of carrying out the second classroom activity of college English, the article discusses its existing problems and defects and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
