前言近二十年来,心肌保护技术迅速发展。保护方法颇多,保护液配方各异。然而临床上,尽管采用各种方法保护心肌,一旦手术时间过长或手术中保护不当,仍存在损伤心肌的潜在危险。尤其左室肥厚和冠状动脉疾患者对缺血更为敏感。近年随着对钙在心肌缺血中危害作用的深入了解,以及动物实验发现的再灌注损伤现象,一些学者采用钙阻断剂保护心肌,以减轻再灌注损伤。事实表明,该法对心肌保护有所裨益。本文就部分文献对钙在缺血心肌再灌注损伤中的作用,钙阻断剂保护心肌的效果,以及可能的保护机理,复习如下。
Foreword Nearly two decades, the rapid development of myocardial protection technology. A lot of protection, protective solution formulations vary. Clinically, however, there are still potential dangers of myocardial damage in spite of various methods of protecting the myocardium from long-term surgery or inadequate protection during surgery. In particular, left ventricular hypertrophy and coronary artery disease are more sensitive to ischemia. In recent years, with the in-depth understanding of the damaging effects of calcium on myocardial ischemia, and the reperfusion injury phenomenon found in animal experiments, some scholars use calcium blockers to protect myocardium to reduce the reperfusion injury. Facts have shown that the law of myocardial protection benefit. This article on the part of the literature on the role of calcium in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, calcium blockers to protect myocardium, and possible protective mechanisms, reviewed below.
