目的:探讨乌贝三黄白散联合奥美拉唑治疗药物性胃出血的临床疗效。方法:选择符合药物性胃出血的门诊病例78例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例用乌贝三黄白散合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组38例用奥美拉唑合酚磺乙胺治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率92.50%,明显高于对照组的76.32%(P<0.05)。结论:乌贝三黄白散联合奥美拉唑是治疗药物性胃出血的理想方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wu Bei San Huang Bai San combined with omeprazole in the treatment of drug-induced gastric hemorrhage. Methods: Seventy eight outpatients with drug-induced gastric hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with omeprazole in 40 cases and the control group with omeprazole and phenylephrine Amine therapy. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 76.32% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Obese three yellow combined with omeprazole is an ideal method for the treatment of drug-induced gastric hemorrhage.
