新生儿窒息是新生儿死亡的主要原因之一。全世界每年近五百万新生儿死亡中约有19%为出生时窒息,其中约1%需要医护人员使用复苏手段才能存活,因此要求产科人员应熟练掌握新生儿窒息的急救技术。现将我科于2004年1月～2005年10月发生新生儿(胎龄≥37周)窒息38例的急救护理体会报
Neonatal asphyxia is one of the major causes of neonatal death. Approximately 19% of the world’s nearly 5 million neonatal deaths each year are suffocated at birth, and about 1% of them require resuscitation by health care workers for survival. Obstetricians are therefore required to be familiar with first aid techniques for neonatal asphyxia.
