铅是用途很广.接触的人很多,危害甚广的重金属、为了解铅对心脏功能的影响,对内蒙古地区94例铅吸收病人进行了心电图检查。现将描记的心电图与对照组41例作对照分析。对象与方法对象:94例(男48,女46,平均年龄32岁)系内蒙古地区铅吸收病人(铅吸收组).同时选择平均年龄相似的非铅接触人员41例(男23,女18,平均年龄35岁)作对照组(对照组)。方法:心电图检查用上海产X-QI型心电图诊断仪。检查结果按全国统一心电图诊断标准,由两名医师同时测量分析诊断,尿铅化验用双硫腙比色法。铅吸收按全国统一标准进行诊断,即尿铅含量达0.0(?)mg/L。2 结果与分析铅吸收组心电图异常率为44.61%,对照组为24。39%,两者之间有显著差异(P<0.65)。两组心电图改变见附表。
