“开展班级活动,营造集体情感;依托网络平台,创办电子期刊”等实践活动的成功开展,为本校校园文化建设进行了有益的尝试。新一轮的调查显示,电大的社会形象认知还具潜力,校园“内部环境”具备进一步创新的基础,外部环境需要进一步改善。今后,完善校园文化建设还需要从挖掘电大优势、和谐人际关系、丰富校园生活、关注教师归属感等方面入手。
“Carrying out class activities to create a collective feeling; relying on the network platform, the establishment of electronic journals ” and other practical activities carried out successfully for the campus culture of the school made a useful attempt. A new round of surveys shows that TVU’s social image recognition also has potential. The campus’s “internal environment” has the foundation for further innovation and the external environment needs further improvement. In the future, to improve campus culture construction also needs to tap the advantages of TVU, harmonious interpersonal relationships, enriching campus life, paying attention to the sense of belonging of teachers and so on.
