运用文献资料法、博弈均衡分析法,通过建模的形式研究了职业体育领域内的各方决策者的博弈过程。研究表明:博弈均衡分析方法可以应用到职业体育领域里,职业体育博弈决策者是多方博弈,在博弈的过程中各方博弈者可以达到均衡,并达到共赢。在体育信息完全对称时,体育劳资博弈双方在最优战略选择的原则下,双方都愿意放弃最初所选定的战略决策,实现共赢战略策略,此时职业体育劳资之间的博弈是重复的,职业体育劳资博弈双方之间是诚信的。在博弈均衡分析方法以及理论框架下,分析我国职业体育劳资纠纷产生的深层次原因,为解决我国职业体育领域劳资纠纷设计合理的制度,以促进我国职业体育健康和谐发展,并为解决其他领域职业劳资纠纷提供参考建议。
By using the methods of literature and data analysis and game equilibrium analysis, this paper studies the game process of decision makers in the field of professional sports by means of modeling. The research shows that the game equilibrium analysis method can be applied to the field of professional sports. The decision makers of professional sports games are multi-player games. During the game, all players can reach equilibrium and achieve win-win situation. When the sports information is completely symmetrical, both parties in sport and labor gambling will be willing to give up the strategic decision selected initially and achieve a win-win strategy under the optimal strategic choice. At this time, the game between professional and sports employers is duplicated , Professional sports labor capital between the two sides is honest. Under the method of game equilibrium analysis and theoretical framework, this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of labor disputes in professional sports in China, and designs a reasonable system to solve labor disputes in professional sports in our country to promote the healthy and harmonious development of professional sports in China. Labor disputes provide suggestions.
