目的:本文旨在研究六项EB病毒指标联合检测在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症诊断及治疗中的临床应用。方法:该实验室收集了366份已确诊传染性单核细胞增多症的患者资料,其同时做了EB病毒六项指标检测,其分别为EB病毒衣壳抗原IgG抗体、EB病毒衣壳抗原IgM抗体、EB病毒早期抗原IgG抗体、EB病毒早期抗原IgM抗体、EB病毒核抗原IgG抗体、EB病毒衣壳抗原IgG抗体亲合力检测,用酶联免疫吸附实验进行检测,综合分析以确定对传染性单核细胞增多症的诊断意义。结果:366份标本中EB病毒衣壳抗原IgG抗体阳性率为89.6%,EB病毒衣壳抗原IgM抗体阳性率为45.2%,EB病毒早期抗原IgG抗体阳性率为48.5%,EB病毒早期抗原IgM抗体阳性率为32.2%,EB病毒核抗原IgG抗体阳性率为56.2%,EB病毒衣壳抗原IgG抗体高亲合力阳性率为39.2%,EB病毒衣壳抗原IgG抗体低亲合力阳性率为58.2%。结论:六项EB病毒指标联合检测,并动态监测指标的变化,在诊断传染性单核细胞增多症及监测疗效中起到重要作用。
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to study the combined detection of six Epstein Barr virus markers in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood infectious mononucleosis. Results: The positive rate of EB virus capsid antigen IgG was 89.6% in 366 specimens, the positive rate of Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen was 45.2%, the positive rate of EB virus early antigen was 48.5%, the EBV early antigen IgM antibody The positive rate was 32.2%. The positive rate of EB virus nuclear antigen IgG antibody was 56.2%. The positive rate of EB virus capsid antigen IgG antibody was 39.2%. The positive rate of Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen IgG antibody low affinity was 58.2%. Conclusion: The combined detection of six Epstein-Barr virus markers and their dynamic monitoring of the changes of indicators play an important role in the diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis and monitoring the curative effect.
