目的为研究haze形成的发生机制,检测PRK后角膜表达bFGF的变化。方法新西兰白兔20只,随机分成4组,其中15只施行PRK。于术后1、2、3月观察haze形成情况,并检测角膜bFGFmRNA的表达。结果正常角膜上皮和基质均有bFGFmRNA轻微表达;PRK后角膜组织bFGFmRNA持续高水平表达,且以术后1、2月最明显。bFGFmRNA表达水平与形成haze的轻重有一定关系。结论bFGF参与PRK后伤口愈合过程,且调节haze的形成和发展。
Objective To study the mechanism of haze formation and to detect the change of corneal bFGF expression after PRK. Methods Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, of which 15 were PRK. Haze formation was observed at 1, 2 and 3 months after operation, and the expression of bFGF mRNA in the cornea was detected. Results The bFGF mRNA was slightly expressed in normal corneal epithelium and stroma. The expression of bFGF mRNA in corneal stroma was continuously high after PRK, and was most obvious in 1 and 2 months after operation. bFGF mRNA expression levels and the formation of haze severity has a certain relationship. Conclusion bFGF participates in wound healing after PRK and regulates the formation and development of haze.
