最高人民法院公布了《〈中华人民共和国婚姻法〉若干问题解释(三)》其中涉及了房产分割、生育权利、确认亲子关系、关于第三者索要补偿等婚姻官司中的热点问题。尤其是在房产分割的问题上,可谓是引发了一场男女双方口水大战。有人称,新婚姻法一出台,老公变房东,腰板变硬实,靠结婚狠狠捞一票的时代要中止了,但是也有一些人认为此规则对于没有付首付但共同还贷的另一方是不太公平,也给婚姻、社会增加了动荡的因素。相对于高速发展的社会而言,法律永远是滞后的。婚姻法应该起到促进家庭关系团结,维护婚姻稳定的作用。但是新婚姻法司法解释三能否起到稳定婚姻的作用还需要时间的检验。
