漓江,是珠江水系防范雷雨大风的重点水域之一。其通讯问题,又是防抗雷雨大风工作中的关键。鉴于漓江特殊的地理位置和环境,其通讯难度和复杂程度更甚于其它航区。 通讯问题不仅涉及到防抗雷雨大风的组织指挥,信息传递,各方协调等问题,而且还涉及到船舶自身防抗雷雨大风的情况反馈、跟踪等。我们先后使用甚高频无线电话、单边带无线电对讲机、超短波无线电发射器,其中甚高频无线电话是本航区使用时间最长、效果较好的一种通讯设备。其使用的频率点是经自治区无线电管理委
