2013年,谷亮带领北洋电气集团肩负着“智慧城市”的光荣梦想全新起航。一年多来,北洋人攻坚克难、砥砺奋进,现已建成我市目前规模最大、效能最高的非电信业务数据机房——威海云计算中心,为社会各领域的信息化提供计算环境支撑,引领威海信息化进入云时代;相继启动智慧公交、智慧校园、智慧旅游、智慧档案等多个项目,让梦想不断照进现实,让城市生活日益美好。一年前,谷亮带领北洋集团向科技创新和信息服务业务发起冲击,确立了集团发展新时期新的战略目标,正式将智慧城市项目命名
In 2013, Gu Liang led Nortel Group to shoulder the new dream of “Smart City”. Over the past year, Beiyang people have overcome difficulties and made unremitting efforts. Now it has built the largest non-telecom service data center in our city, Weihai Cloud Computing Center, which provides the computing environment support for informationization in all fields of society. Leading the Weihai into the cloud era of information technology; have launched smart bus, smart campus, smart tourism, smart archives and other projects, so that dreams continue to shine into reality, so that urban life is getting better and better. A year ago, Gu Liang led Beiyang Group to launch an impact on the science and technology innovation and information service business, established a new strategic target for the Group’s development in the new era, and formally named the Smart City Project
