目的研究高校教室和学生宿舍微生物污染情况,并初步分析其可能的影响因素。方法于2007年4月—5月采用撞击式采样法对8间教室和20间宿舍进行空气细菌总数的采样测定。结果教室空气细菌总数均符合卫生标准,简易教室空气细菌总数最高。学生宿舍空气细菌总数都符合卫生标准,但男生宿舍多于女生宿舍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生不同楼层宿舍和南、北朝向宿舍空气细菌总数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论教室及学生宿舍室内空气质量基本合格,没有明显的细菌污染状况。
Objective To study the microbial contamination of classrooms and dormitories in colleges and universities and to analyze the possible influencing factors. Methods From April to May 2007, the airborne bacteria count was measured in eight classrooms and 20 dormitories by impact sampling. Results The total number of airborne bacteria in the classroom were in compliance with the hygiene standards, and the total number of airborne bacteria in the simple classroom was the highest. The total number of airborne bacteria in the dormitories all met the hygiene standards, but there were more male dormitories than the female dormitories, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total number of airborne bacteria in dormitories of boys and hostels in the south and north of the country (P> 0.05). Conclusion The indoor air quality in the classroom and student dormitory basically qualified, there is no obvious bacterial contamination.
