观察14只雄性家兔在高胆固醇饲料的喂养下可能诱发的红细胞膜脂蛋白、脂质过氧化和膜流动性的改变。在喂养二个月前后的对比观察中,发现血浆总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(P<0.001),红细胞膜低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、膜共轭双烯和膜流动性均显示明显差异(P<0.01~0.001)。结果提示,高胆固醇饲料不仅可以引起高脂血症,而且可以诱导红细胞膜脂蛋白成分、脂质过氧化和膜流动性的改变。红细胞膜的这些物理和化学性质的改变,可能同微血管流变性质的改变有密切联系
The changes of erythrocyte membrane lipoprotein, lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity may be observed in 14 male rabbits fed with high cholesterol diet. In the comparative observation of two months before feeding, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in plasma were significantly increased (P <0.001), erythrocyte membrane low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, membrane conjugate double Olefin and membrane fluidity showed significant differences (P <0.01 ~ 0.001). The results suggest that high cholesterol diet can not only cause hyperlipidemia, but also induce red blood cell membrane lipoprotein composition, lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity changes. These changes in the physical and chemical properties of the erythrocyte membrane may be closely linked to changes in the properties of the microvascular rheology
