在集团企业发展壮大过程中,尤其是在国有煤炭企业资源整合、行业整合过程中,不可避免地伴随着巨大的资金风险。资金管理不到位不仅加大了企业的资金成本,甚至还会导致企业资金链断裂。因此,企业要实现长远发展,必须加强资金风险管理,建立并完善资金风险管理机制。
In the course of the development and expansion of the group enterprises, especially in the process of resource integration and industry consolidation of the state-owned coal enterprises, there is an unavoidable huge financial risk. Not enough funds management has not only increased the cost of capital of enterprises, and even lead to the collapse of corporate capital chain. Therefore, in order to achieve long-term development, enterprises must strengthen capital risk management and establish and improve capital risk management mechanism.
