本文对螺旋压力机的力能关系作了初步的探讨,推导出飞轮打滑前、后压力机能够给出的锻件变形功的公式,作出了力能关系曲线和打击效率曲线,并与实测结果进行了比较。本文还对提高螺旋压力机的效率以及如何合理设计等方面,提出了一些看法。
In this paper, the relationship between the force and energy of the screw press has been discussed. The formulas of the work of deformation for the forging press before and after the flywheel slip are derived. The force-energy relationship curve and the blow-in efficiency curve have been established. A This article also raised some views on how to improve the efficiency of screw press and how to design it rationally.
