新大一、二线相继投产后,经过几次技术改造,与铁大线形成了统一的水力系统,运行规律较以往各管道独立运行时更加复杂。基于现场实践,探讨了新大二线分输俄油至新港库区时避免不满流运行,新大二线分输俄油至西太平洋炼厂的运行规律,大连石化末站倒罐对新大一线出站压力的影响,并对新大一线“6.30事件”的压力数据进行分析,逐渐掌握了在统一水力系统下的运行规律和现场操作技巧,对于保证3条管道安全输油,并更好地管理和运行该水力系统具有重要的指导意义。
