患者,男,48岁,主因右眼红、疼痛、视物不清1个月入院,患者于2013年2月在某院被诊断为(1)右肺中心型肺癌(双肺转移);(2)右锁骨上淋巴结转移;(3)多发骨转移。病理诊断为腺癌,并在该医院行全身化疗6个疗程,化疗过程顺利,末次化疗于2013年8月结束。入院查体:全身一般情况好,右侧锁骨上可触及肿大的淋巴结,质地硬、活动度差。左侧锁骨上
