国美是谁的?当陈晓一步步实施“去黄化”运动,让更多人得以“分享国美”时,和黄光裕的矛盾已经没有调和的余地。虽然不能肯定陈晓是否从黄光裕被抓那一天起,就预谋夺取国美的控制权,但有一点是肯定的,在接受黄光裕委托执掌国美权力的那一天起,陈晓就开始在国美电器内部进行“去黄化”运动,比如黄光裕及其妻子很快退出董事局,陈晓本人很快上任董事局主席等。而最初“去黄化”也被业界认可为摆脱黄光裕负面影响的较有效方法。
