这些年,三峡晚报广告经营工作一年一个台阶,取得一定成绩,可以概括为三句话:创新日常化、业绩屡创新高;机制科学化,员工充满激情;管理自主化,团队彰显力量。在创新精神指引下,广告经营团队不断优化机制,使管理更加扁平明晰,特别是加强以事业部为核心的自主管理,充分调动全员积极性,围绕市场巧做文章,2011年全年推出大型主题性策划30个,尤其是从8月份开始的“宜昌品牌年度总评榜”活动,单个策划创收近500万元。2011年全年广告见报量、广告回款、广告单价分别比上年大幅增长,广告占版率下降4%,呈现出“三高一低”的良好发展态势,作为三线城市的单一媒体年创收达到5000多万元,广告总量处于全省同级媒体绝对领先地位,为三峡晚报发展提供了强劲动力。
