It is of positive significance to carry out the psychological counseling for detainees in the detention center in order to promote the educational reform of detainees and ensure the safety of prisons. The article proposes to enhance the consciousness, initiative, effectiveness and pertinence of the work on the basis of fully understanding the importance of carrying out psychological counseling for detainees.
