目前用大模板施工多层或高层建筑的钢筋混凝土现浇外墙,一般采用外承式外模或悬挑式外模两种方法,它们都存在一些弱点:前者为了支承外墙外模,需要特制一批外承架子(钢三角架等),外承架子用螺栓锚固在已浇筑好混凝土的下层外墙上,需待外墙有一定的抗弯强度,施工周期较长,装拆作业、高空作业量大;后者横竖楞、支撑桁架一般采用钢管脚手,用钩头螺栓等扣件连接,整体性差,在大模板上方焊挑杆将外模悬挂在内模上十分困难,外模悬挂在内模上会对内模造成较大的倾覆力矩。针对这些弱点,我们在某公司综合楼工程中采用顶压
