目的:观察葛根素溶液对离体蟾蜍心脏心率和心肌收缩力的影响。方法:根据斯氏蛙心插管方法,用不同浓度的葛根素溶液对离体蟾蜍心脏进行灌流,采用BL—420生物机能实验系统记录心率和心肌收缩力的变化。结果:葛根素溶液显著降低心肌收缩力(P<0.05),差异:具有统计学意义,高浓度、低浓度对心肌收缩力降低不明显,中等浓度对心肌收缩力降低明显;葛根素溶液减少心率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葛根素溶液降低离体蟾蜍心肌收缩力,但减少心率不明显。
Objective: To observe the effects of puerarin solution on heart rate and myocardial contractility of isolated toad. Methods: According to the method of intratracheal intratracheal instillation, the heart of isolated toad was perfused with different concentrations of puerarin solution. The changes of heart rate and myocardial contractility were recorded by the BL-420 bio-functional experimental system. Results: Puerarin solution significantly reduced myocardial contractility (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant, high concentration, low concentration of myocardial contractility was not significantly reduced, moderate concentration of myocardial contractility significantly reduced; puerarin solution to reduce heart rate No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Puerarin solution can reduce the contractility of isolated toad myocardium, but reduce the heart rate is not obvious.
