很久没有见到像“TD-SCDMA2003国际峰会”这样的豪华演讲团了,仅仅一个技术性峰会,竟有80多位高级官员与会,其中包括来自信息产业部、科技部和中国工程院的多位部长或部级官员。看来,在支持自主知识产权、支持民族创新方面,每个人都愿意充当“民族英雄”。同样是TD-SCDMA国际论坛,两年前的第一次峰会远没有这样的阵式。那时,不仅支持者少,而且不时可以听到“刺耳”的声音。仅仅两年后,在2003年8月28日至29日召开的“TD-SCDMA2003国际峰会”上,大家几乎众口一词,对TD-SCDMA充满激情地表示支持并提出建议和希望。这是一种振奋人心的变化。在许多企业仍对TD-SCDMA市场前景表示怀疑之时,在众多业者“盼星星、盼月亮”似的期盼3G到来之机,这种支持的声音显得尤为响亮。伴随着MTnet试验第二阶段完成,伴随着各运营商3G标准现场实验的相继开展,伴随着国家发改委TD-SCDMA产业化项目的即将启动,伴随着TD-SCDMA产业链日渐完整和“丰满”,我们急于摸清楚TD-SCDMA面临的生态环境。
