一、关于诊断本组100例中49例来院时已属慢性病变,病程为2月～8年;余51例为急性病变。在此51例中,能于发病后三天内确定诊断入院治疗的仅3例(表一)。

First, on the diagnosis of 49 cases of this group of 100 cases have been hospitalized when the chronic disease, duration of 2 months to 8 years; more than 51 cases of acute lesions. In this 51 cases, only three patients diagnosed on admission were able to be identified within three days of onset (Table 1).
