在青霉素类抗生素中,氨苄青霉素在水溶液较易形成缩合物(Olygomers)而产生过敏反应。本文目的是为了检验氨苄青霉素钠在用前溶解成水溶液后,于室温放置时缩合物的形成速率。采用高压液相层析法,定时测定在20%氨苄青霉素钠水溶液(20%为临床实际应用的浓度)中所形成的缩合物。此实验系分别在两个研究室(研究室A及研究室B),由不同操作者独立地进行。两室所用的高压液相层析仪及测定条件,也有所不同。实验所得的结果如下表:
In penicillins antibiotics, ampicillin in the aqueous solution easier to form condensation (Olygomers) and produce allergic reactions. The purpose of this paper is to examine the rate of formation of condensate when placed at room temperature after ampicillin sodium is dissolved in aqueous solution prior to use. The condensate formed in a 20% aqueous solution of ampicillin (20% of the concentration actually used in practice) was determined periodically using high pressure liquid chromatography. The experiment was conducted in two laboratories (Laboratory A and Laboratory B) independently by different operators. Two-chamber high-pressure liquid chromatography and the determination of conditions, but also different. The experimental results are as follows:
