硬质合金拉铰刀是一种加工深孔的新型刀具。其优点是被加工孔的精度可达Ⅲ级,光洁度达▽7,切削速度提高10倍,使用寿命比高速钢铰刀提高3~10倍。它还能铰削高强度合金钢,尤其适合加工液压缸体,能使缸体内壁产生挤压层,此挤压层既耐磨又不易拉毛。用机械夹固的方法可使刀片的切削性能和使用寿命大大提高,克服了焊接所产生应力集中、强度降低的缺点。图1所介绍的是φ160mm 机械夹周式拉铰刀的结构,下面着重介绍其结构和刀片参数的选择。

Figure 1 describes the structure of the φ160mm mechanical clamp week-type reamer, the following focuses on the structure and choice of blade parameters.
