本文报道两个新的(±)-3-氧杂-A-失碳甾体1a和1b的合成.5’-甲基呋喃二噻烷阴离子5b与消旋甾体CD环合成原6在THF-HMPA中进行共轭加成得到9,10-开环-3-氧杂-A-失碳甾体22,后者在酸性介质中发生分子内环化反应生成23,继而进一步水解生成1b.23用Raney-Ni脱硫则生成1a.
This paper reports the synthesis of two new (±) -3-oxa-A-nor-steroidal 1a and 1b rings. The 5’- -HMPA to give 9,10-ring-3-oxa-A-nor-steroidal 22 which undergoes an intramolecular cyclization reaction in an acidic medium to form 23, followed by further hydrolysis to 1b. 23 Desulfurization with Raney-Ni generates 1a.
