采用CO2 激光器在低碳钢表面进行激光熔覆处理 ,研究了稀土氧化物在激光熔覆Ni4 5自熔合金层中的作用。结果表明 ,加入适量稀土的熔覆合金层组织得到细化 ,其在还原酸中的耐蚀性和抗高温氧化能力较不加稀土镍基合金熔覆层都有较大提高 ,更远高于低碳钢。可见 ,稀土变质的激光熔覆处理对提高低碳钢性能具有重要指导意义
CO2 laser was used to laser cladding the surface of mild steel, and the effect of rare earth oxide on laser cladding Ni4 5 self-fluxing alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the alloyed layer with appropriate amount of rare earth is refined. The corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy in the reduced acid are greatly improved compared with the coating without rare earth nickel-based alloy, which is much higher than Low-carbon steel. It can be seen that the laser cladding treatment of rare earth deterioration has an important guiding significance for improving the performance of low carbon steel
