本文用以古鉴今、古今比较的方法,通过对《论语》乐教思想的透析,获得启示颇多,认为当今我国高师乐教中“重传艺轻育人、重科学轻人文、重学术轻师德”的观念是僵化的,是相悖中国传统乐教宗旨的错误思想,它与全面育人的素质教育要求大相径庭,也与社会需求的人才标准差距较大。为了当今高师音乐教育健康地向前发展,笔者提出了“成于乐”的启示、“尽善尽美”的启示、“不善不能改”的启示三个反观自照的改革措施。以寻觅高师音乐教育的发展真缔。
