妇科恶性肿瘤是严重威胁女性健康的疾病,肿瘤无限生长及转移是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)可通过降解细胞外基质促进新生血管生成及调节细胞之间粘附等机制,促进肿瘤的浸润、侵袭和转移。研究表明MMPs的表达与妇科恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移密切相关。现就MMPs在妇科恶性肿瘤中的相关研究进
Gynecological malignancies are a serious threat to women’s health disease, unlimited tumor growth and metastasis is the leading cause of death of cancer patients.
