选取7种药用真菌多糖作为激发子,以蛹虫草多糖含量为评价指标,筛选出对蛹虫草多糖产生有显著诱导作用的多糖激发子CM-JS,该激发子可使蛹虫草干菌丝中的多糖含量提高54.16%。进一步以蛹虫草多糖含量为响应值,用响应曲面分析法研究多糖激发子CM-JS的浓度、添加时间和激发时间等因素对多糖激发效果的影响,得出各因素的影响作用依次为多糖激发子浓度>添加时间>激发时间,CM-JS多糖激发子激发蛹虫草多糖产生的最优条件为:CM-JS的添加质量浓度70.328μg/mL,加入时间为菌种发酵第2天,激发时间3 d。在此优化条件下,加入CM-JS多糖激发子生产蛹虫草干菌丝中的多糖质量比可达342.5 mg/g。
