“Modeling Stochastic Systems” by Deng Zili The paper by H. Elsherief summarizes the recent results of modeling and identification of multivariable systems and their applications. Modeling and identification of multivariable systems have attracted much interest in recent years and are widely used in process control, power systems, biological systems, solar energy and petroleum exploration. There are four common models for linear discrete multivariable systems: (i) transfer function matrix model; (ii) impulse response model; (iii) input-output difference equation model; (iv) state-space model.
