秘书人员的素养向来是人们关注的重点,尤其是在党和政府等机关单位从事秘书工作的人员。如今,知识经济时代已经来到,秘书工作与社会的关系也越来越密切,新时期的社会形势对秘书人员素质提出了更高的要求和标准。因此,培养和提高秘书人员的高素质,建立健全秘书工作人员职业道德理论体系,显然已迫在眉睫,这不仅有助于造就高素质秘书队伍,推动秘书事业健康发展,保证各项工作正常运转,而且能够进一步推动我国社会主义建设事业。
