2010年8月21-22日,“宗教法治与族群和谐”国际学术研讨会在北京大学举行。本次研讨会由北京大学宪法与行政法研究中心和普世社会科学研究所联合主办,信孚教育集团协办。会议邀请到国内外宗教法治与族群研究领域的著名学者和青年研究人员40余人,围绕宗教自由的宪法保护、政教分离及其限度、宗教法治与族群和谐以及族群和谐的制度保障这四大基本板块展开学术讨论。会议最后组织了综合性的圆桌对话,并由张千帆教授就研讨会进行了总结性发言。
August 21-22, 2010, “Religious Rule of Law and Ethnicity Harmonious” International Symposium held at Peking University. This seminar is jointly sponsored by Peking University Research Center for Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and Universal Institute of Social Science and co-organized by Xinyu Education Group. The conference invited more than 40 famous scholars and young researchers in the field of religious rule of law and ethnic studies both at home and abroad. These four basic sections centered around the constitutional protection of religious freedom, the separation of political and religious boundaries and its limits, the religious rule of law, ethnic harmony and ethnic harmony Start academic discussion. At the end of the meeting, a comprehensive roundtable dialogue was organized and Professor Zhang Qianfan made a concluding speech on the seminar.
