单体铸造铌铬合金铸铁薄断面活塞环易产生皮下气孔缺陷.作者试验得出对一定断面的环、其原铁水中残余铝量有一相应临界值,超过该值即易出现皮下气孔.作者分析了铸铁的铌含量、孕育剂、硅铁诸因素对气孔倾向的影响.提出选用熔点及比重适宜的特殊铌合金,以及在孕育、配料过程中,注意核算原铁水中残铝含量:采用高温、快速方法熔炼铁水,控制铁水中残铝量在临界值以下,可有效地消除皮下气孔缺陷.
Monolithic cast Niobium chrome cast iron thin section piston rings are prone to subcutaneous stomatal defects.Experimental results obtained for a certain section of the ring, the original aluminum in the molten aluminum has a corresponding critical value, beyond which the value is prone to subcutaneous pores. The effect of niobium content, inoculant and ferrosilicon on stomatal tendency of cast iron was studied.The special niobium alloy with suitable melting point and specific gravity was put forward, and the content of residual aluminum in the original hot metal was carefully checked in the process of inoculation and compounding.Using high temperature, Rapid method of smelting hot metal and controlling the amount of residual aluminum in hot metal below the critical value can effectively eliminate sub-stomatal defects.
