系统研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)对Zn(Ⅱ)-四-(4-甲氧基-4-磺酸基苯基)卟啉(p-oCH3TPPS4)显色体系的增敏作用,提出了高灵敏度测定痕量锌的分光光度新方法。显色体系的表观摩尔吸光系数1.17×106L·mol-1·cm-1。是目前以卟啉类试剂为显色剂分光光度法测Zn(Ⅱ)的灵敏度最高的方法。Zn(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~7μg/25mL符合比尔定律。应用本方法测定人发、麦饭石等试样中锌,回收率在94%~102%。
The sensitizing effect of β-CD on the color system of Zn (Ⅱ) -tetrakis (4-methoxy-4-sulfophenyl) porphyrin , A new method of high sensitivity spectrophotometric determination of trace zinc was proposed. The apparent molar absorptivity of the color system is 1.17 × 106L · mol-1 · cm-1. It is the most sensitive method to determine Zn (Ⅱ) with porphyrin reagent as chromogenic reagent spectrophotometry. Beer’s law is obeyed when the concentration of Zn (Ⅱ) is 0 ~ 7μg / 25mL. Application of this method for the determination of human hair, stone and other samples of zinc, the recovery rate of 94% to 102%.
