PGE、F经过肺脏迅速地被细胞内胞浆酶所代谢,该酶主要是15-羟前列腺素脱氢酶。各种属的肺,正常时可把肺灌流的PGE_2清除,不能使PGE_2达到动脉做为一个循环激素的浓度。然而,未成熟的胎羊在循环中有高浓度的PGE_2。羊足月妊娠为150天,采用剖腹生产的8个妊娠95~107天未成熟的胎羊和10个妊娠136~147天近于成熟的胎羊,迅速放血杀死。做胎羊的左肺动脉和气管插管,迅速取出左肺并称重,悬挂在一定温度(38℃)、湿度的设备中。用改良的Krebs-Tris液以恒速非再循环系统从动脉灌注左肺,平衡以后,把~(14)C-菊粉和~3HPGE_2在15秒期间灌注进入肺脏。在流出的样品中,以15秒间期为一个样品,
