目的探讨细节管理在胰岛素泵护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年1月~12月行胰岛素泵治疗的232例糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组与干预组，各116例。干预组在对照组常规护理的基础上加细节护理干预。比较两组血糖控制情况、患者的心里状态、不良事件发生情况及满意度。结果干预组血糖控制情况、患者心理状态、护理满意度、不良事件发生率均优于对照组，差异有显著意义。结论在胰岛素泵护理中实施细节管理有利于血糖的控制，消除其焦虑心理，有效降低不良事件发生率，提高患者临床满意度，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To investigate the details of the management application results in insulin pump nursing. Methods Hospital in 2015 1 ~December 2015 Bank of insulin pump therapy 232 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 116 cases each.
