随着经济全球化的发展,中国与其他各国的交往日益频繁。虽然有很多人在学习汉语,但英语还是各国交流的主要语言。因此,英语越发受到人们重视,在教育上,英语总分比重也占据较大位置。在新课改之后,初中传统教学受到了强大的挑战,“填鸭式”教学已不在适应现代化教育的需求;必须优化教学方式,向“以学生为主体,教师为主导”的教学方法过渡。而英语的备受重视则更加表明了,英语的教学必须要更大程度上的加以改变;单是练听力与英语的应试能力远远不够,口语学习必须进一步加入教学中。
