在M-2000型磨损试验机上分别对铝锰基复合材料、铝锰合金与纯铝试样在有、无腐蚀液体条件下的滑动摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,并用LED-1430VP型扫描电子显微镜观察了试样的摩擦磨损表面进行形貌。结果表明,材料在有腐蚀液体情况下的切削磨损量明显高于无腐蚀液体时的粘着磨损量;铝锰基复合材料、铝锰合金、纯铝试样磨痕依次变深,磨屑变大;在锰含量相近的条件下铝锰基复合材料的耐磨性能优于铝锰合金。
The sliding friction and wear properties of Al-Mn-based composite, Al-Mn alloy and pure Al sample in the presence of non-corrosive liquid were studied respectively on M-2000 wear tester and observed by LED-1430VP scanning electron microscope Friction and wear of the sample surface morphology. The results show that the wear loss of the material in the presence of corrosive liquid is obviously higher than that of the non-corrosive liquid. The wear marks of the aluminum-manganese-based composite, the aluminum-manganese alloy and the pure aluminum sample become deeper and wear debris becomes larger The wear resistance of Al-Mn-based composites is better than Al-Mn alloy under similar manganese content.
