一、前言利用人工模拟寄主卵或离体人工饲料饲养赤眼蜂近年来取得了一定的进展。然而所用饲料大多具有30%以上的昆虫血淋巴,对大规模繁殖赤眼蜂带来了困难。为了探索昆虫血淋巴在饲料中所起的作用及逐步寻找取代物,本试验对降低赤眼蜂人工营养液中昆虫血淋巴的比例作了某些尝试,并取得较好的结果。二、实验材料与方法(一)采用的蜂种及卵本试验所用蜂种为松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi)。采自湖北省汉阳县棉田棉铃虫卵上。在实验室内以柞蚕卵、蓖麻蚕卵或松毛虫卵按常规方法扩大繁殖。(二)人工蜡卵的制作(详见[2])
