正当全国各族人民满怀信心地为实施“八五”计划和十年规划第一春而努力奋斗之际,恰逢我省恢复推行民族文字和开展双语文教学十周年。十年来,我省的民族语文工程,在省委、省府及各级党委和政府的领导和关怀下,得到了很大的发展和提高,正向纵深方向发展,为我省普及初等教育,提高民族素质,加速民族教育改革的步伐作出了积极的贡献,深受少数民族干部群众和民族地区学校的欢迎和好评。双语文教学在贵州经过十年的实践证明是切实可行的,但本文不想再多从理论上进行赘述,也不想再罗列事例加以说明,仅就我省恢复推行民族文字、开展双语文教学与民族教育的发展作一简析。
