近年来,粉尘作业工人离尘后患矽肺的问题引起了人们的注意,并多称之谓“晚发矽肺。”但离尘后究竟要观察多少年?其发病与接尘时间、粉尘性质的关系等都有待探讨和认识。 本文拟对我区1965～1983年来矽肺发病资料进行分析,以探讨脱尘工人“晚发矽肺”发生发展规律和矽肺迟诊的原因,为进一步做好矽肺防治工作提供参考。
In recent years, dust workers from the dust after suffering from silicosis caused the attention of people, and often called “late silicosis.” However, after the dust to observe how many years? This article intends to analyze the data of silicosis from 1965 to 1983 in our district to discuss the occurrence and development of “late silicosis” and the reason of silicosis after dedusting, so as to provide a reference for further prevention and control of silicosis.
