目的探讨UE在乳腺BI-RADS 4类“微钙化非肿块型”病灶中的应用价值。方法 UE及钼靶鉴别乳腺BI-RADS 4类“微钙化非肿块型”192个病灶的良恶性,结合病理,比较分析UE的诊断价值。结果 UE诊断乳腺BI-RADS 4类“微钙化非肿块型”病灶总的各评价指标高于钼靶,4A类中UE的准确度及4C类中UE的灵敏度大于钼靶(P<0.05);UE诊断4B类乳腺病灶时准确度低于钼靶,假阳性较高(P>0.05)。结论 UE对乳腺BI-RADS 4类“微钙化非肿块型”病灶的整体诊断效能优于钼靶,对4A类及4C类病灶能较好诊断,能有效减少不必要的活检或手术。
Objective To investigate the application value of UE in breast BI-RADS type 4 “microcalcification non-tumor type” lesions. Methods The differential diagnosis between benign and malignant breast lesions of BI-RADS type 4 and non-tumor type with 192 lesions by UE and molybdenum targets was analyzed. The diagnostic value of UE was compared. Results The diagnostic indexes of UE with BI-RADS type 4 and non-tumor type with microcalcifications were higher than those with molybdenum targets. The accuracy of UE in category 4A and the sensitivity of UE in category 4C were higher than that of molybdenum (P <0.05 ). The accuracy of UE in the diagnosis of 4B breast lesions was lower than that of molybdenum target, and the false positives were higher (P> 0.05). Conclusion The overall diagnostic efficacy of the UE in breast-type BI-RADS type 4 “microcalcification non-mass type ” lesions is superior to that of molybdenum target, and can be better diagnosed for type 4A and type 4C lesions, which can effectively reduce unnecessary biopsy or surgery.
